Once I produced the label design, I placed them on the background colour which I picked from the existing packaging so it would gave a good representation of what the label would look like if mocked up. I then got into a call with Adam to show him the design and he suggested some improvements to the design.

The first improvement was to try using the 'omnes' typeface for the main type on the label. I tried this and we both agreed this made the label better and we should take this forward rather than the previous design.

The next improvement Adam suggested was to change the beans illustration to match the other illustrations on the label design. I tried this out and agree we both agreed this made the overall designs a lot more cohesive with the other label design I produced.

The last suggestion Adam said was to try the same within the shape rather than oversized, I did try this whilst we were still on call. However, we both agreed the design looked better with the type being oversized and it made the designs have balance. When the type was within the shape it made the label have too much negative shape.
